Thank you for your deposit to reserve a puppy.
Our answer is, “Yes” you (Buyer) have been approved and accepted as an ideal forever home for one of our Fur babies!
Every effort is made to guarantee a puppy from us is in good health at the time of adoption or delivery, so we ask that you have
the pup checked by your vet for its second vaccine at 12 weeks of age.
We cannot control what your puppy encounters after leaving us, so if you do not have your puppy examined by a licensed
veterinarian, then this contract is VOID.
THIS CONTRACT IS GOOD FOR ONE FULL YEAR. ✅
This contract is non-transferable if you choose not to keep the puppy.
Conditions such as but not limited to worms, ear mites, colds, Giardia, hypoglycemia or Coccidiosis and kennel cough, can be
dormant but they are treatable and do not warrant a return.
Should your puppy have a life threatening condition, it can be replaced with another puppy of equal price, size, and/or color when
available, WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR. ◀️
However, certain conditions must be met before a replacement puppy.
All veterinarian paperwork Must Be Returned with the puppy.
Vaccinations must be up to date or no exchange will be made.
If the puppy dies, an autopsy Must Be Done by a lab
explaining the cause of death and furnished to us before we can determine if a replacement puppy is warranted.
If you choose not to have this procedure done, no replacements will be made.
Every precaution should be taken when handling your puppy, as well as providing a safe home environment.
WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES ON SIZE, COLOR, PERSONALITY, TEMPERATMENT OR FERTILITY. ◀️
Puppies are to be neutered or spayed by the age of six months to one year old.
